I'm thinking of asking folks to take on certain duties, to divide up the responsibility so everything runs smoother.
What I'm thinking right now is as follows:
Loot Officer - Will lead looting missions, responsible for the intelligent storage of loot at the base, keeping the gearboxes below 90% full, making sure spawn weapons don't end up in the gearboxes
Vehicle Officer - Acquiring ground/air vehicles for the base
Media/Promotional Officer - Recording and creating unique videos to promote the group, promoting the forum among the group, finding new ways to get our name out there
Recruitment Officer - Simply in charge of recruiting new players, making sure they've read the rules, understand the recruitment process, answer any questions about recruitment and how we operate
Training Officer - Will lead training sessions such as infantry tactics, flying lessons, sniper training, basic combat skills
We can add or take away, if you've got any ideas about this, by all means, say something.
