Ranks are as follows, mostly cosmetic and a way to show level of dedication to the group.
Owner - Self Explanatory
Officer - Staff position, assigned by the owners to those who have shown clear leadership and communication skills, they are encouraged to organize group activities, and are responsible for maintaining base equipment, PR relations, dealing with personnel issues within the clan. These are the eyes and ears of the group when owners are not around.
Distinguished Member - A full member who has shown a level of expertise to earn a distinction from the average player in terms of leadership and enthusiasm.
Member - A regular, full member of the group. Full access to the group items, meetings and official operations.
Junior Member - A full member under our current age restriction, can be promoted on a case to case basis
Recruit - New recruit, no bonuses
Rank does not equate you're word with law, but fair, reasonable requests should be honored.
The only way to get promoted is to put the time and work in, go above and beyond, do things without being asked. Amount of kills or time played doesn't mean jack shit here, you can be the best player in the world and will not make it past the recruit phase if you can't manage to get along with the group.
